Important Information

  • Breach of discipline as listed under general rules by pursuing activities such as theft, abuse of drugs and use of intoxicants, smoking within restricted areas of the campus, serious assault to others, sexual harassment, and ragging is punishable by expulsion.
  • Failure to pay tuition, hostel, and other fees in time shall debar the student from appearing in the semester or the University Examination.
  • Duration of studies beyond 4.5 years due to failure or any other causes shall be charged proportionately.
  • Tuition and development fees are not refundable.
  • Intern’s training fees shall be charged.
  • According to university rules, a student cannot appear more than 4 times (within 2.5 years) for any given subject of the University Examination. University will not allow such students to continue further.
  • Students are required to have at least 75% attendance. If the students fail to maintain the threshold 75% attendance, they cannot appear in university exams.
  • Students obtaining below 50% marks in internal assessments will not be eligible for the university examinations.
  • Indian currency notes are not applicable in Nepal. It’s a criminal, non-bailable offense to carry these notes in the territory of Nepal.

Students Code of Conduct and Discipline

The college has been established with one doctrine: “Discipline is the Bridge between Goals and Accomplishments.” The college passed a code of conduct under the direct supervision of the principal, a proctorial board consisting of senior authorities of the campus, which all students registered under it are to abide by.

The code is written as:

  • Students must conduct themselves in a manner befitting the dignity of the medical profession.
  • Use of intoxicants (Drugs, Alcohol, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • Every student should read the code of conduct before getting admitted.
  • Students are expected to act in accordance with the letter and spirit of the code of conduct during their stay on the campus.
  • If students fail to do so, appropriate corrective and/or punitive action shall be taken.
