Breach of discipline as listed under general rules i.e. theft/ abuse of drugs and use of intoxicants/ smoking within restricted areas of the campus, serious assault to others, sexual harassment, ragging etc. is punishable by expulsion if the students from the campus.
Failure to pay tuition/ hostel and other fees in time shall debar the student to appear in semester/ University Examination.
Duration of studies due to failure beyond 4.5 years shall be charged proportionately.
Tuition and development fees are not refundable.
Intern’s training fees shall be charged.
According to university rules, a student cannot appear more than 4 times (within 2.5 years) for any given subjects of University Examination. University will not allow such students to continue further.
Students are required to have at least 75%attendance, failing which they cannot appear in university exams.
Students obtaining below 50% marks in internal assessment will not be eligible for university exam.
500 IC and 200 IC notes are not applicable in Nepal. Its criminal, non-bailable offense to carry notes in the territory of Nepal.
Students Code of Conduct and Discipline
“Discipline is the Bridge between Goals and Accomplishments”. The college passed a code of conduct under the direct supervision of the principal, a proctorial board consisting of senior authorities of the campus, which all students registered under it is to abide by.
The code is written as:
Students must conduct themselves in the manner befitting the dignity of the medical profession.
Use of intoxicants (Drugs, Alcohol, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Every student should read the code of conduct before getting admitted.
Students are expected to act in accordance with the letter and spirit of the code of conduct during their stay in the campus.
Failing to do so shall be taken appropriate corrective action and/ or punitive action.
